2. Service Description

Pest Masters Australia provides professional pest control services throughout Australia. Our services include:

• Emergency pest control services
• Commercial and residential pest solutions
• Follow-up treatments and monitoring services

All services are performed by licensed and insured pest control professionals using industry-approved methods and products that comply with Australian standards and regulations.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Pest Masters Australia, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property conditions
• Allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and treatment
• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians
• Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may be relevant to treatment
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from treated areas as directed

4. Payment Terms

Our guarantee typically includes:

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and follow strict safety protocols, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. Pest Masters Australia shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Damage resulting from failure to follow our instructions
• Pre-existing conditions or damage not related to our services
• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Possum Removal Disclaimer and Warning

This service includes the setup of traps for possums. Optional roof-proofing services are available only if specifically requested and agreed upon in writing before the service is provided. We do not guarantee or warrant the capture or relocation of possums, as the effectiveness of the service may depend on external factors beyond human control.

Possum release will be arranged based on the availability of our team or contractors if they are working within 5 km of your property, with no charges as a goodwill gesture.

If our team or contractors are unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for possum release at their own cost. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from the trapping, handling, or release of possums. The customer is responsible for monitoring the traps and notifying or taking action accordingly promptly. The customer must ensure that the property is safe and accessible for contractor to provide the service.
